Dwarkesh Pro is a digital platform that helps customers discover and connect with independent business partners and service providers for local services. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the selected business partner provides the service to the customer.
Customers must provide accurate booking details, including name, mobile number, address, service requirement and preferred schedule. A submitted request is sent to the selected business partner. Acceptance, scheduling and completion depend on the partner's availability and confirmation.
The selected business partner is responsible for the service actually provided, including workmanship, materials, on-site conduct, quoted charges, service commitments and any warranty or guarantee offered by that partner. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Visit charges, service charges, parts/material costs and other applicable amounts should be disclosed or agreed between the customer and business partner. Customers should confirm the final price before work begins. Any platform fee or online payment charge, if introduced, will be shown separately where applicable.
A customer may request cancellation or rescheduling before service completion, subject to the stage of the booking and any reasonable charge already disclosed by the business partner. If a partner cannot provide the requested service, the request may be rejected or cancelled.
Customers must provide truthful information, lawful service requests and safe, reasonable access to the service location. Customers should not misuse the platform, harass a partner, submit fraudulent requests or use another person's information without authority.
Reviews should reflect a genuine service experience. Abusive, fraudulent, misleading or unrelated content may be restricted or removed where appropriate.
Customers should first raise service-quality, pricing, warranty or completion concerns relating to the actual service with the relevant business partner. Platform-related concerns can be raised through Help & Support. Refunds, where applicable, depend on the payment, service circumstances and applicable law.
The platform may be updated, suspended or changed for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim to keep information available and useful, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Use of the platform is subject to applicable laws of India, including applicable consumer-protection requirements. These Terms do not waive statutory consumer rights.
These Terms may be updated when the platform, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be made available in the application with its updated date.
